* The main train station is within 15 minutes walk.

Arrival and car parking facilities

* On arrival to the property there is normally ample parking for all cars alongside or in front of the property.
* The surface is level with gravel alongside, tarmac and concrete to the front of the property with block paving leading to sandstone flagging to rear and access to Annexe.
* We can assist all Guests with luggage.
* There is a good selection of shops and banks to cater for most needs in the next street. Access along level flagged footpaths.

Main Entrance

* The front door (80cm) has one 16cm high step.
* The front door is always locked, but has a push button bell 136cm above floor level
* The front door leads to a hallway approx 2m x 2m with wood laminated flooring.

Public Areas

* Our corridor to ground floor breakfast room is 83cm to breakfast room entrance door of 80cm.
* Corridors have a good colour contrast and are well lit.
* The flooring on all corridors on ground floor are laminated wood effect.
* The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet.
* Only public areas on ground floor are the breakfast room and outside entrance access.
* There are 15 steps on stairway to first floor accommodation, 20cm high, 25cm deep and 83cm wide.

Public Area - WC

* Bedrooms are en-suite, but no public WC available.

Breakfast Room

* Breakfast is served in breakfast room on ground floor.
* Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request.
* Tables have underspace of 70cm high by 70cm width.
* Laundry and leisure facilities are not available.

* There are four bedrooms on the first floor of the main accommodation, two double rooms and two single rooms.

* Entrance to annexe is through 72cm door (equipped with grab handles either side being 110cm above floor level).
* There is one 17cm step into the accommodation.
* At least 80cm alongside with 70cm access at bottom of double bed with a height of 60cm.
* Furniture is movable on request.
* Two cane chairs are provided in main room.
* There is an adjoining room with a single bed through a 72cm door.
* A further door with 65cm opening to shower, washbasin and toilet with grab rail.
* Worktop with tea & coffee making facilities is 90cm high.
* Both double and single room are fitted with audible smoke alarms.
* Television with remote control.
* Annexe fitted with short pile carpet.
